Against all odds, Jeremiah Korfe, the adorable, brutally-introspective, hopelessly-analytical, and painfully Aspie contestant on "Sweet Home Alabama" got picked by the girl (Paige Duke, Sprint's former NASCAR spokesmodel).
Don't believe he's Aspie? I present exhibit "A"
So, for Aspie guys who think it's hopeless, Jeremiah is living proof that you can do it.
(Disclaimer: afaik, he's not in any public way, shape, or form officially Aspie, and probably has no idea what the word "Aspie" even means, but hell... watch his videos on Youtube, and draw your own conclusions). He deserves an enthusiastic round of applause for totally hitting the jackpot.
Oh, also, the show was on CMT, but in his other life (away from the farm in Minnesota), he's actually a SoCal punk rock musician. In real life, truth *is* stranger than fiction

And as usually that "relationship" ended as soon as the last episode was finished... It's all about 15 minutes of fame, not love. As I've said before, it's time to only give an Asperger's diagnosis to people who are severely affected with it.
This what will happen after the new DSM, except the diagnosis won't be called AS.

I'm sorry, that guy ISN'T an aspie. Being *a little* shy/introverted does not equal Aspie. The OP is the one diagnosing him.
Not to say Aspie men can't get women. Just saying this guy is a super good looking cowboy NT.

Thanks, I thought he was diagnosed.

If it's just called Autism, it's ok to me. Personally I don't percieve the "models" Alex just put up as "spokespersons" as Aspies.
