More attractive, or at your absolute best?

More attractive: Make an effort to wear nice clothes, and do my hair.

My best: Lose weight, wear better clothes, wear make up, do my hair, get a fake tan, get my teeth whitened, be less of a mental health cot case, Be happy, get medicated for depression better, sort out my concentration problem, learn and experience as much as I can about life, be more accepting of people, eyelash extensions, hair extensions, laser hair removal, meet as many people as possible, do as many things as possible and try as many new things as possible, increase my self confidence tenfold, have a better attitude (relates to depression).

I dunno... personally, most of those things would be a turn-off for me. Fake tans, eyelash extensions and hair extensions are definite turn-offs. Make-up depends... I prefer none but can understand a little. Losing weight, only if you need to, but from the videos of yours I've seen you don't. The only thing I agree with on that list is try new things and have a better attitude. But then that's just the opinion of one guy.

Thats nice but I don't want to look my best to turn on people from wrongplanet or men in general. It's a self esteem thing.

Hair and eyelash extensions are only a very very EXTREME maybe.

Here is an example of the following things I stated:

Makeup
nice clothes
hair done
eyelash extensions
hair extensions
fake tan
teeth whitened:

I don't think that's a "turn off". I think she looks really nice.

So you can't have good self esteem unless you do all these stupid things and conform to modern beauty standards? how sad. Just proves that the beauty industry thrives on peoples insecurities.

I think the person in the picture looks like sort of barbie doll, not nice.

No. I'm extremely sorry that you think I'm "sad" or pathetic, but I have Body dysmorphic disorder.

I don't call your aspergers "sad" or call someone's physical disibility "sad".

Regarding bolded: is this necessary to be ones best? 8O *dies* In that case, guess I'm doomed to live out the rest of my life as an unattractive scruffy bum. Damn.

No it varies from person to person. I also forgot: Botox. BUT I am talking about the EXTREME.

Please don't ever consider injecting Botox into your skin, it's the most toxic substance in the world. :( Plus it would be a crime to warp a face as beautiful as yours. I honestly don't know any way your face could be improved, it's a face in a thousand as I've said before. Not intending to flatter, this is just fact.

I'm deeply sorry, please accept my apologizes.I didn't mean it that way. I just feel that you shouldn't need all those things to be beautiful.

Accepted. I should try and stop being offended by everything, and I can see what you mean. It is kind of sad (not in the pathetic way) that society makes so many people think they're not good enough.

Wow... rude much? Everyone has different ideas about what's attractive, and there's nothing wrong with that. I don't find this attractive...

Image

but some obviously do. I see no reason to call them 'sad' or call her efforts stupid just because I prefer this...

The ultimate goal in this thread should be for each of us to make ourselves more attractive to ourselves in order to attract the correct partner.

Perhaps I shouldn't have used the word sad. I wasn't meant to be rude, I just don't get why you would want things like eyelash extensions, hair extensions and fake tan to feel beautiful.

I don't really get that, either. Then again, I care very little about how I look.

I should try that too, I tend to be very easily offended.

Are you saying than people who don't resort to this don't care about how they look?

Not at all. It just happens to be the root cause of my indifference.

I think they are both gorgeous, for different reasons.

The second one reminds me a little of Hyperlexian....

I was referring mostly to the style. The make-up, clothes, and the way in which they hold themselves. Snooki is attractive, but I don't find her style attractive, or the conceited air about her.

I love the beachy aspect of Snooki's style, and I love that she is a Colombian beauty. But I think she needs to believe in herself more and be a bit more of a natural beauty.

Im not sure who the second woman is but she looks nice.

Oh, I see, I dont watch that. I like her black hair. I wish I could dye my hair black but it looks weird with my skin.
