Probably not.

I would guess we would prefer physically unattractive females with bad personalities who wouldn't give us the time of day.

Well, I would maybe change the question a little --

We male AS's want a beautiful, intelligent, open and somewhat flirtatious female (but only flirtatious with US).
BUT, do you find you do not have the confidence to get such a creature?
What does it feel like when you must speak in her presence?

Sorry to bust your bubble, but if a woman has a flirtatious personality, shes going to be like that with everyone, not just you.

Those sort of women I don't have any time for.
