There is a girl at my school who I want to ask out, but unfortunately I am extremely shy and I do not know how to approach her and get to know her better. I hate this shyness, and I need some advice. How do I talk to this girl? How do I not seem like a total creep or loser?

Only way is to gather up enough self confidence to ask her out. If she is into you, she'll go out with you, if not she wont. If you make an ass out of yourself - it will be forgotten in a few days AND you have overcome shyness.

When you asked a girl out for the first time, you'll think back and say -"WTF was i worrying about?"

As the man says better to ask than be bugged with what ifs. Even if she say's no you tried and can hold your head high!

No, that would never have worked on me. If a guy I had never talked to suddenly asked me out,
I wouldn’t have known what to do with him, but I would have been creeped out.
You have to start with SOMETHING.
Can you sit nearby in class? While gathering your stuff to leave, ask some simple question like
“Did you understand that part about ____?” Or about homework, “What page did he say…?”
You have to get her attention first in a way that is inoffensive. Low pressure, then let it go for another day.

What do you have in common?
