I've seen biracial (black/white) kids with blond hair, red hair, brown hair, and black hair. I've seen some with blue or green eyes. I knew a girl whose mom was white and dad was black; she had skin as light as mine (very light) light brown hair, and light eyes. But her features were more black than white. I've also seen the exact opposite.
Biracial (black/white) people here usually have European ancestry on both sides. The typical black American has 20-30% European dna. So yes, two copies of recessive European genes like the MC1R variant, which causes red hair, do show up. Same with blue eyes, also (usually) recessive.
