I didn’t have my first boyfriend until I was 24. It seems to be pretty normal.

"normal" is not always a good thing

The solar system contains more convicted felons than Pulitzer prize winners

The activity with more participants, not always morally superior

40, never dated

Gave up on social relationships a long time ago. Around age 23 or so

Zero romance goes without saying

But oh well

Whatever

Cost benefit analysis

Risk versus reward

Yes.

Although some "aspie guys" have been known to overcome their difficulties, date, get married, and eventually start families of their own.

I have done those things, so there is hope. I was pretty much "undateable" for a good portion of my life.

Defining yourself by your relationship with someone else allows that person to define you instead.

My first girlfriend was age 23. It is perfectly normal for a 25 year old autistic not to have dated.

I did, although, I'm extremely masked and the more time I spend around my wife, the more convinced I am that she's also autistic. Or probably SPCD. The linguistic and cultural differences make it a bit hard to say for sure.

Then again, I don't think I went on a single date until I was in my 30s and wound up employing a matchmaker to find me women that were at least serious about finding love.

At 25 you really shouldn't be concerned about dating girls, you should be worried about dating women. :nerdy:

well in modern times, there are news reports going on, that its becoming quite common for a lot of men to enter their 20s, even NT's, to have never dated, male loneliness is on the rise.

becoming a wizard is not unusual, not uncommon for male aspies, wizard refers to someone who is over 30, not just solely in the 30s decade, but 30 and older and is either still a virgin or always been alone, single.

I'm 30 and never dated, but in my case it's by choice
