It's not rubish, just unsavory.

People never tell me I'm nice. I tend to say the wrong thing. My actions are
usually nice. I've given most my money away to friends, family, coworkers and strangers
(homeless, customers with no money). People tend to judge you more on your words and not your actions. I can not find the right words.

I'm not so much nice, as calm, up to a point, when eventually that calm turns off and rage turns on. I'm mostly quiet and invisible though, many times I swear I am completely invisible and people will almost walk into me on the street and I can sneak up on people (unintentionally) and scare the living crap out of them and in one notorious event at school a teacher whose class I had been in every day for 6 weeks said one day, are you new in the class? Obviously I was invisible for the previous 6 weeks.

and as for the nice guys who can't get a girlfriend, here's some bedtime reading

Ah, it is never wise to lend cash to those who are homeless or whatsoever, because you never know what their intentions are. One can knock you down on the ground and steal your wallet filled/ w cash and cards and run away. :shameonyou:

I know what you all mean. I hear it all the time: "You need to not be so nice all the time!" "Quit trying to make everybody like you." "You're really just a good two shoes...you need to "live" a little." It's really annoying because by my nature, I dislike conflict and getting agry. Yet it seems like "nice guys finish last" :(

Once I had a girl tell me that she thought it was sweet that I was so nice...but then she added that it made her think of me as Forrest Gump! :o Talk about a letdown!

I'm 'too placid and innocent to be true' - quote my friend. Yes he did mean it, and yes he meant it as a compliment.

You'd not believe how often I have been described as sweet and innocent, in the past couple of months especially.

I prefer it this way. I will occasionally come out with sarcastic comments and feel rotten for it. So I prefer not to :)
