Arrogant. That is the word most people call me because, when I walk through a hallway or in to a room, I cannot connect with them, so they think I am ignoring them. I've learned, very much the hard way, that when people do not sense you're connected to them, they think you think you are better than them. When I was a teenager, I answered this question too literally a lot. "You think you're better than me," they'd say. I'd be confused. "I don't think about you at all," I'd respond. I didn't think I was better than them, I simply could not handle thinking about everyone around me -- it was too much information.
This is ruining my life to this very day.
