People creep me out
I am rarely wrong.
Excuse me for being skeptical, but this sounds highly unlikely. Are you sure it's not a case of, perhaps, projection/prejudice and confirmation bias? I am not accusing you of anything, just wondering if you've considered the possibility.

If I were to judge a person as a whole from knowing them, and talking to them from a short period of time, I would probably have a distorted perception of many of those people and people in general.
Even If I were to look at everyone from this forum and judge them as a complete person from their posts, I would probably despise 75-90% of forum posters here, but I don't.
I don't know what to tell you. I used to be more about first impressions and what not a long time ago. I just quit, due to realizing how faulty my technique was.

Don't you mind people grinnin' in your face
I am rarely wrong.
There are so many weirdos out there. One thing or another.
This makes me shut down and hurts my ability to socialize.
What do I do to overcome this?
THIS! I am the same way. I have a sixth sense when it comes to that. I am rarely wrong as well. If someone doesn't feel "right" then I drop them or avoid them, etc. I am still trying to figure out the same thing, because there are times in life when you have to deal with said person who you want to avoid because something isn't right about them.

It sounds like you are making snap judgements, based on a set of pre-defined observations that you have observed in people, over time. I do the same thing, even when I consciously try not to. It works as a defence mechanism and allows me to see, at a cursory glance, the kind of people I may find it easier, or harder, to talk to.
The problem is, 10 seconds is not enough to get to know someone. You are 'figuring them out' based upon their appearance and voice. Whilst some people may not have any more depth to them than that, most people do.
I currently work in retail, and the amount of times I've seen a customer walk up to the till and I've thought (purely by the way they look), "this customer probably won't speak English very well so I won't be able to sell anything extra, shall I even bother with my sales pitch?" but when they open their mouth, speak fluent English, listen to what I have to say, put extra money behind the tills and stand there and discuss something with me, is quite alarming.
It's hard to do but try not to assume you can figure someone out within 10 seconds, or at least, try not to assume you are correct, because more often than not you will be completely wrong. A persons personality goes much deeper than the way they project themselves.
A good way to overcome this is to talk to people, you will see that your ideas of them will quickly break down and you form new ones. Then you can chose whether or not to interact with them based on more empirical information. Working in retail has allowed me to be more open minded about how I view people, and whilst some people are just flat out idiots, others continue to pleasantly surprise me.
I think you're a little paranoid about people. I'm not the sort to say ''you're not weird unless you have Asperger's Syndrome'', but not everybody you meet are as weird as how you sound like they are in your post. Yes, everybody has quirks, and everybody has some unique way about them, and yes there are a lot of weirdos out there who I wouldn't trust, but I try to give everyone I meet a chance.
Sometimes I think to myself ''she's is often so solemn'' or ''she's often nice, but can be quite highly strung when she wants'' or ''he can be quite odd at times.....he's someone who I can't imagine myself ever having a conversation with''.....and so on. But I don't immediately classify everyone I meet as weird.
