Of course, most NT people won't answer this question honestly in the negative. It's socially unacceptable. It's a tough one to get answered, really.
Something I found very helpful in this regard is to learn about non-verbal body language. You can get books on it from the library or the bookstore. They'll teach you a lot about the things people do, and what they all mean.
For example, I'm a 24-year-old guy. Knowing what girls of about my age think of me is kinda important. But I know several great cues: if a woman finds you attractive, she can almost never resist the urge to fiddle with her hair while near you, pushing it back from her face behind her ears, etc. Also, if a woman looks right through you, you're toast. But if she deliberately DOESN'T look at you, it means she finds you interesting.
This is just one example. There are other cues with friends and other relationships. If you get some of them down for your needs, you'll know better where you stand.
