After a day of soul searching, chores and playing with my Dog, I've sat down and listened to the Dr. Laura Show on the radio. Just hearing people talk about their problems has gotten me back into the Cockney Spirit! :D I've took a good look around my Room, looking for objects that would cheer me up, the most. I've looked at everything, and when I took a glance at my Routies, my Heart skipped a Beat! :D I've also cleared my Mind of all of the stuff that I've been dealing with, and that's helped me very much. What's happening with my Mind? I woke up a b***h and I'll be going to Bed, a happy Puppy.

In the arts, we say that "it's not a breakdown, it's a breakthrough."

In other words, without those days of misery, there would be no room for growth and happiness!
