1. You are wrong about that for I am not the only one on WP that feels this way.

2. English is my second lauguage I would speak to you in German but you would not understand what I am saying because I dought you speak German.

WP isn't an accurate representation of the majority of aspies.

And I guess the language barrier is why you keep interpreting sentences in weird ways.

Seeing how WP is a website that has a Aspie majority I think it's a very accurate representation.

And I do not understand how to use grammar and punctuation. Because as a child I undertood math physics and science a lot better.

Plus I bet though you are good at grammar and punctuation that I am better then you at Math Phyiscis and Science.

...But you should really work on logic and reasoning.

Prehaps I do I have my views of logic and reasoning I use it in a diffrent way that the aspies on WP seem to understand just fine.

But that is what I love about Math it is in everything you do anything can be related to math.

Lets try an easier one then.

Find the derivative of x^3*y^2

y = (2/3)^x ---> y ' = ...

ps do you have a point of testing my knowledge of math just curious.

In Poland, Asperger's is frequently portrayed as a disease, or a very weird state of mind/way of thinking that is so different from the 'normal' point of view, etc. Sometimes (but it occurs rarely) Aspies are shown as people who are not as weird as they appear. The phrase "suffers from AS" is used excessively. As I guess, due to this 'disinformation' my classmates and even teachers say horribly inaccurate things like 'People with Asperger's are unable to interact socially' or 'Those poor, disadvantaged children who behave in so rigid and repetitive ways', or simply laugh at them.

I think autism is viewed as a disorder and the autistic traits that sometimes pop up in shows, like someone mentioned Daria or Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory- are not necessarily understood as part of ASD. Also I think there is a innate feeling of superiority from NTs and a confusion that autistic people would not WANT empathy, herd behavior, or other natural NT traits. I explained empathy once to my AS ex-husband as being like the Borg but with feelings instead of thoughts and he was visibly disgusted. LOL!

I also agree with what someone said about the Sheldon character being offensive. I think he can be the AS version of someone in blackface. I laugh at my ex-husband when he does autistic things when it's just us, but I would never let someone else laugh at him. I, myself, have a neurological disease that makes me fall. It's a serious condition, similar to ALS, and even though it's fine for my ex-husband and other close friends to laugh at me when I fall, it would make me mad if there was a show about people with my disease and people laughed at it.
