My life became much better when I stopped caring about what other people think of me.

What would I say to people who think I'm a loser?
Say something like "It takes one to know one".

Better to ignore them and say nothing at all.

They’re likely not looking for a denial as much as they’re looking for a reaction.

React in any way, and they’ve won.
