Feels like this is turning into a blog.
Just sent a letter to my therapist asking for referral to someone else. She says she is unsure of the aspergers diagnosis.
I said if you are unsure then what have we been working on and please find me someone who knows this so we won't waste anymore time.
Emotions are overrated.

I find it very tricky to not let emotions run wild because under a usually calm exterior, there is a lot going on. I can't even always identify particular emotions but at least at the moment, I can. It is a feeling of general sadness and grief but I hope it will go away soon as I have lots of jobs to do and am getting very slowed down. :cry:
