There's not even one song on the list that would make my top 1,000 list.

I have several favorites.

By far the most intriguing to me musically is "O Come, O Come Emmanuel".

The most peaceful is "Silent Night".

Eventually I learned it properly. It showed off my vocal range well. We're not religious so we would sing songs of any origin. We used to go caroling at nursing homes every year until the pandemic.

Classic - jingle bells - any artist though I'm fond of the jingle bells batman smells parody (is it really Christmas if we don't hear this)

Modern - Santa tell me - Ariana grande

I really dislike the traditional Christmas songs that have been covered by LOTS of different artists, especially the more religious songs. I really like novelty songs & parodys including the Christmas songs. It's very hard to say what my fave Christmas song is. The one I liked the most as a kid that got a bit of airplay on the rock stations is Father Christmas by The Kinks :arrow:

I'll also post The Night Santa Went Crazy by Weird Al Yankovic :twisted: :bom: :skull:

Father Christmas was my favourite Christmas song when I was 12. I still like it.

I love the melody of this. It does not have to be Nat King Cole, but he has such a wonderful voice.
