Why are people concerned about people having casual sex?

Why are they more concerned about autistic and intellectual disabilities having sex with random people casually rather than typical people. Why would people with intellectual disabilities if they chose to have casual sex have more restrictions on that than someone typical? Why are they more concerned about them talking to strangers as adults? Isn’t that a kid thing?

Because society infantilizes those with mental differences including intellectual impairment.
