Why do people bully me and think I can’t consent to sex?

Someone asked on another forum would you have sex with someone autistic? They said no because you don’t know if they are being tracked by their parents or can consent. I very well can consent so why are they being discriminatory? This is affecting my mental health a lot. I actually can and they can have sex casually just like everyone else. I have professional proof that I can consent and would like to have sex like everyone else. I’m not being tracked by my parents either. Why do people make these false assumptions? Someone on here asked if they would have sex with an autistic person and they said no because they don’t know if they can consent. That’s not true. I can consent. I’m reporting them for false info! If you private message me I can show you the paper from my doctor that I can consent. I need sex and autonomy just like everyone else. What can I do?
