Yes. There is only one way to look attractive. If you don't look like Chad Thundercock it's impossible for anyone to evaluate you as attractive.

As a woman, I don't think body builder types are attractive. Slim men with bigger-than-average muscles are attractive to me, but I find huge men unattractive. Also, I think there's much more to attractiveness than muscles. I am MUCH more attracted to handsome faces and masculine charisma.

I spent most of my life as a giant stick insect.
At the Institute of Sport they couldn't work out why I couldn't put on muscle mass, (Although I did once get a comment from a bodybuilder surprised at my muscle tone)

Even with gappy teeth and big ears, being skinny didn't stop me being approached by women.

Then I stopped smoking and put on 20 kg in 2 weeks.
It's all been downhill from there

Become what you perceive as "the best version of yourself" and you won't regret the work spent on improving yourself, even if you're not enjoying the process at the start.
