Lol. whats wrong with magical mystery. i know its bizarre, its odd, but i like it. its based on lewis carrol characters. jefferson airplane had white rabbit. maybe thats why they decided to the make 'walrus.' but i agree, too much lsd in the tea at abbey road.

Just the way Lennon pronounces the word 'policeman' annoys the hell out of me, but the rest of the song seems subpar and generally idiotic as well.

Its surrealistic and absurd, it not meant to be taken seriously. That was John Lennon sense of humor. He was almost trolling the music industry.
