Oof! That's as bad as it gets isn't it? I suppose it can only get better.

+3
A little bit has been shaved off my usual +4 because I wasn't happy with my performance at the open mic last night. It went down quite well and I got quite a few compliments, but my throat was a bit rough and so my low notes didn't sound rich and firm enough. They say there been something about the air in the place that's doing that to singers, so it might well remain a problem.

At my typical 7.

+3 again, still slightly down on my usual +4.

I was happier with my performance at Sunday's open mic, but I'm underslept and therefore feeling a bit ill, and I'm dissatisfied with the progress I'm making towards pulling together a few more songs for next weekend's performances. When I rehearsed I didn't think much to the results, and I think I'm running out of songs that would be new to the place I'm playing at, so I might have to learn some more.

Also the cat's addicted to an expensive kind of treats. I tried mixing them with ordinary dry cat food which is a lot cheaper, but she leaves one or two of the ordinary ones behind when I give her a small handful of the mixture. I don't think she's bright enough to pick her favourites out of the mixture, she just eats them at random till there's only ordinary ones left and then walks off. That's a waste and I don't want to have to keep picking them up off the floor.

I remember it was a question on group therapy I once attended. I never liked it, because I can't encapsulate what I feel in numerical scale

I've never been able to either that's why I can't really contribute to this thread

Just lately I've been learning to put names to my feelings so I might be able to do it one day

It doesn't work very well for me either. The slightest little thing can shift my spirits a little bit one way or the other. By the time I've written it down it's moved a bit.

And I'm not sure that feeling good/bad is that simple.

My mood doesn't actually shift that much to be fair but even when it does I don't know how to score it on a scale

For arguments sake I'd say I'm usually somewhere between a 5 and a 7

I don't even know but I don't think I feel bad but I don't feel particularly good either but I don't wanna go under so I'd rather look up than down

Well if you feel neutral, that's supposed to be about zero I think.
+7 would be nearly as happy as a pig in muck.
