scale of -10 to +10, how do you feel right now?

It depends on what scale you are measuring mood from. It sounds like bb was measuring from 1-10, rather than -10 to +10 as implied by the thread title.

Currently at a 3, but my mood is volatile and the 3 is a guess based on a comparison with recent memory. It would be like using a stock market graph of only the last 3 months, and standardizing that range to a linear -10 to +10 scale.

They should have made it 0 to 3. That would have been less confusing, and 20 points between happy and sad is just too many.

Mathematics can be depressing. I can do a bit of it but I don't really enjoy it, I just like the results.

If the scale is -10 to +10, that would make 0 neutral. I live in a constant state of neutrality, but am feeling well today because I am getting Bruegger's Bagels, putting my score at a 3.4
