I used to write myself but gave up because it costs a small fortune to publish anything.
How did your writing first get recognized by publishers or the press?

I am a bit curious as to how an aspie lands a job writing for the press. Did you have connections?

I am not meaning to sound rude. if I am? I am just a very curious little aspie who once wanted to write.

Um, it's a long story. I'm persistent and lucky. I try to things that others tell me are impossible. I believe in myself. I work hard.

I've gotten a lot of great opportunities simply by asking for them. Now I usually just let opportunities come to me cuz I'm swamped as is.

I'm making good money now, which is really nice. I can answer more specific questions if you have any.

Never was quite straight, but I've dated predominantly women in the past.

Well, he broke up with me so now I'm on my own. I've never been so heartbroken. I don't think I had ever experienced this kind of emotional connection. I've been in bed all day. Everything feels pointless.

Oh, well, I guess I got a good picture out of it... : (
