I was a little, green Sweet Pea.

I've tried a few past-life regressions, and also had a few visions that just came to me out of nowhere...

My most recent life, I'm not sure, but I think I may have drowned at some point. I saw a vision of myself in the middle of the ocean, near a ship, and everything after that got real blurry.

Another vision looked like the '70s, but I didn't get to look around much. I think I might have been female, and I was snuggling with an Afghan blanket on the sofa.

Scariest vision, I was in a brightly lit basement that was covered with trash liners. Seemed like the perfect place for something terrible to happen I hope I wasn't the monster.

Had another vision of myself in a tent cleaning my Colt .45, I suspect it may have been WWI (see below).

My strongest vision was of myself during the Civil War. I didn't fight in the war, but had to evacuate when the fighting came to my land, and in my vision I was coming home to find the rotting destruction they had left behind. It was so bad, when I snapped out of it I almost started crying.

Same! But the first World War. In middle school I was pretty obsessed with this PC game called Red Baron, and I'd research all the planes and pilots on our encyclopedia CD-ROM and print them out.
Maybe it doesn't mean anything, but it really was a strange special interest that totally came out of nowhere.

I've tried searching a couple times to see if any pilots match the details that I saw in my vision, but I didn't have much luck.

Probably a cat.

Maybe you indeed were one - and you kept in this basement some innocent victim of yours, like Ariel Castro or Joseph Fritzl. And maybe that's why you have ASD - it's all about your really bad karma.

Once some reiki master told my mom she was a bad person in her previous life and that's why she had her health problems.

Hungry.

Something that died from being shot, or having fallen from a high place.
That's altitude high, not chemically high.
When I was a child, I had both sensations and thoughts of both, and I did not know where they came from.
Perhaps it was one life?
Perhaps they were separate lives?
Perhaps they were thoughts/sensations that I absorbed from television, and imagined them as "what if they were real?" We are talking about three or four year old me. The brain is still very absorbent.

Maybe I was a sea sponge?

Maybe, I'll have to look them up. I did a quick search for anything about serial killers and garbage bags, but I didn't find much that was relevant (perhaps the killer never got caught).
I don't think the basement was meant for "keeping" anyone, though

As for karma, I definitely have a lot of debt, but ASD is the least of my problems =)

Here you can find (it's once a week, on Monday, I believe but to be sure, you will need to check it out) "Ask Erik Live" sessions where you can ask the mediums about anything you want, your previous incarnations including Ask about this Once one of the lady mediums from there told me about me being a writer in my previous lifetime - well, writers as such don't - or at least shouldn't - do anything bad to other people like serial killers. I do have a penchant for writing in this lifetime, no idea if you have a penchant for cruelty and the like.

Thank you but I don't really put much stock in mediums. I'm sure there are the rare few who actually have a gift, but most of them seem to be otherwise.

Sometimes it's difficult to relax enough to see anything, but once you figure it out, you can do it on your own without the video.
When I do it, I usually do it while I'm in bed getting ready to sleep. On the plus side, if there are no visions, at least the meditation helps me fall asleep a little easier. On the negative side, if I'm actually tired, I might start dozing a little and it's difficult to tell what's a vision and what's the beginnings of a dream.

I would like to imagine, and hopefully I will be again next time.

I never did the past life regression thing but I did try to get an OOBE - it was 15 years ago when I was lying in bed - I was so CLOSE for the first time but finally I resigned - my cousin's ex partner many years ago, as a young man, tried to achieve an OOBE himself and he did manage to come out... and the very first thing he saw was three demons hovering over his body They had horns on their heads and hairy muzzles and he panicked and came back instantly - and you can fully believe me on this: he never tried doing it again

The only time I ever -tried- to do OOBE was when I was in the hospital with really bad fever dreams. I was doing some experiments where I would look at myself and then "wake up", and my body would be in a different position than what I saw =/ It was pretty disappointing but...maybe it was nothing?
But I've definitely had other OOBEs that were hard to explain.

I had a few OOBE that came with sleep paralysis, and usually with that you'll sense an entity in the room with you, usually evil. For me it was some kind of vampire lord. Couldn't see him, but I knew he was there. It was kind of funny.
Another time it was a heavy woman who was laying on top of my back, and that's why I couldn't move.

I don't know if there's a difference between OOBE and astral traveling, but I've never really tried that one.
