Human beings expect a certain spectrum of behavior. Talk too fast, or too slow, and it bothers them. Talk to loud, or too low, and it bothers them. Walk too fast, or too slow, and it bothers them. If you have any different religious beliefs, or lack thereof, it bothers them.

That's why party animals, people who like to socialize, are always people who think inside the box and tend to be intolerant of those who are different. In fact, it may be hard to find someone who is like Tony Stark, smart, and a socialite. The latter is more of a Paris Hilton type of person.

If you go into a store with an NT, wander off as soon as you can to the one part of the store you actually like, such as the toys or hobbies department. They will never think to go look for you there even if you've done it about a million times.

Talk about your favorite fictional characters (cartoons, manga, video games, etc.) as if they were your closest friends. Be hurt when you playfully make a joke about their obsessions with dirty soap operas or "celebrities" and they become very angry and yell at you.

If you must go clothes shopping, openly say how ugly and uncomfortable the clothes all look. Or that you don't look good in any of them. Have a meltdown when forced to try on more than one outfit so you'll both have to leave.

NT's hate it when someone different than they are is happy. Be sure to say you are happy and proud of who you are.

Say you like something that they don't on the internet. This will not only annoy them, but they will be filled with an intense rage and hatred equivalent to that seen in white supremacist societies. Be prepared for long hate threads and flame wars spewing many expletives at you and people who like the same thing you do in general.

The next time one of them says, "You don't look Autistic" tell them "You don't look neurotypical, either".
