I think this will come in quite useful if anyone wants to speak out on the issue. Like making them look the idiot.

i've come up with a few.

"If you suggest people with AS are liars again, i'm going to have to get you locked away"
"You say AS is fake? So is "some common medical problem they have, a cold of a sore toe or something".
"It's not my fault you're intimidated by my genetic enhancement"
"It's not my fault i'm more interesting than you"

"That's interesting. What's your evidence?"

(The latter really throws a lot of people on a range of topics. "Has it been peer reviewed" can be reserved for the next level!)

Truth is, rational arguements like this just don't happen. It all descends to sneering or incomprehension pretty quick.
