Not at all, my first language is English, I learned both Spanish and French in school (which are completely out of practice by the way) and learned Dutch when I moved to Holland 6 years ago. Dutch isn't more difficult than Spanish or French at all. I always tell people the hardest part of learning Dutch is that most people try to answer in English as soon as they hear you have an accent. For some reason my southern drawl comes out more speaking Dutch than it does English, it's weird.
