Hi, all. With what is going on lately, and reading all the news (which I realize is not good for me, damn doomscrolling) - sometimes, you come across pieces that are labeled analysis or opinion.

I prefer straight news, but when you come across analysis or opinion pieces - that's when you start to overthink and/or overanalyze things (as in, what will happen next, what will go on from here, et al.) - and given all these analysis or opinion piece, it's enough to twist your mind like a pretzel, or even leave your mind twisting in the wind. (Not helping things are regular people posting their hot takes.)

How do you manage anxiety over all these things? Me, one way of trying to reduce my doomscrolling is watching old game show and sitcom reruns.
