Does anyone here struggle with health anxiety, or hypochondria, and how do you deal with it?

It gets somewhat worse as I'm susceptible to psychosomatic disorders. Right now, my tinnitus is acting up again.

Really, the only thing to do with that sort of thing is go get therapy and get to the bottom of it. Just ignoring it isn't viable, nor is going to the doctor every time something feels a bit off.

I worry about most symptoms of ill health, though at my age such symptoms are more likely to be the start of something worse and perhaps fatal, so I'm not sure if I'm all that irrational about it. I don't bother people with it unless I have strong grounds for concern.
