how do you cope with ADHD?

I only have one but that's because I don't use my laptop very much now. During the school year it can get pretty out of control.

I think there's five open on my phone, but I don't keep the browser open much.

I sometimes end up looking at videos on my phone while I'm on the computer.
I knew getting a phone was going to have negative consequences for me. :? <-(irritated, not confused)

^I have at least 10 open...in my brain, only 5 on my computer though.

*not diagnosed, but going to try my best to actually make an appointment for an evaluation tomorrow.

I have five open on my Kindle. Any more and it usually restarts itself.
