Always feel I have to disclose diagnoses
Once I didn't tell a DR in the ER. I had an injury. My mom told them when I didn't think it was relevant. Apparently it was because I get evasive when answering questions or act differently. People need to know. Now I tell people in certain situations.
When I get vaccines, they'll ask what I'm on and ask why. I've told them. I've told people when I volunteer. I've told new friends, sometimes it makes them not react well. Sometimes I don't want to. But I'm told I should. I think it helps in medical settings sometimes. I just don't always like acknowledging it.

It's hard to find a healthy boundary between disclosing when it's needed but not oversharing when it isn't.
