Make any applications btw, good you to have attended the event ...Even if Warehouse...seem Homedespot is a perfect breeding ground for someone working in the warehouse Industry . And might not have to deal with public as much ? Perhaps .? Or whatever you might seem fit to explore. From the list of positions,you wrote of .....

The only thing, I don't know how many hours a week. Maybe not enough

Also, suites and catering woman said that sometimes work ends @11:30 pm and I don't have a car

Guess this might be obvious , but you do not know unless you try. University probably has some remains of some kind of equal opportunity thing , going on ? Is it. working for Uni. or a sub- contractor .? You can always turn them down ..
if they offer a position? Whether warehouse or maintenance / cleaning .
Often if a warehouse maybe training on a forklift. ? Transferable skills ? You can see if requirements for weight lifting ?
