From you're describing I'd call that
asocial more than
antisocial. Antisocial is the opposite of
prosocial, rather than of social.
Pedantry aside, I hope it passes and also that you're able to find a lifestyle where these peaks don't occur or are at least less extreme.

This is relatable. Personally I found cultivating the humanitarian impulses and culling the misanthropic ones helps over time.
