I think it's really helpful, if you don't like your special interest (because it's too obscure or taking up too much time), to distance yourself from it. Let's talk about what a special interest is in the first place: It's something that someone has an intense passion over, right? If we define it th...

Hi everyone! I haven't posted on wrongplanet in a really long time (over a year ago I think), but recently I had a great idea: What if I started an online workshop to teach social and life skills to autistic people, taught by someone who is autistic. I attended tons of social skills classes and othe...

If you're a Wiccan, then Christians are stuck-up, self-righteous hypocrites whose souls are doomed to repeat their mistakes in their next lives. Both are hypocritical b... |

I don't believe you understand what Polyamory is: It is a sexual/romantic orientation in which a person feels most comfortable dating/marrying/being in love with multiple people. It's not a cult, it's not a result of "unmet needs", it most certainly is not a result of someone being some so...

that's true... IF you believe in the bible, which I vehemently do not (atheist. That doesn't mean I don't have morality btw) I'm polyamorous and somewhere on the aromantic spectrum, so there's a good chance that I'd be involved in a triad or smth. Personally, marriage should just be thrown out the w...

I took Celexa, It worked (sort of), but once you get on any type of anxiety med, it takes a looooong time to come off. One thing I found helpful is a device called the emWave maybe your therapist has one that you can borrow to try out or smth? I also believe they have similar apps and stuff for appl...

Get rid of any fruit that's there (throw out rotten fruit and put the good fruit in the fridge) Also make sure it's not warm and dark there. After a while they should clear out, and you can use a butterfly net or jar or smth to catch them and put them outside. Fruitflies are don't carry any pathogen...

What I can say is: your identity is probably still misted by your family's beliefs. For me, I knew crystal clear I was Gay/GQ since I was 9. But for you, this maybe much MUCH later in your future. There are some people who are 40 and still don't know what their identity is. Try not to stress over it...
