Sometimes I have a hard time when people t know say things to me. So I never know what to say back to them. How can I stop being scared to speak to people, what should say?  |

 Hi I have PDD and I have aspie. And I only socialize a little bit at school and I feel like when It class time I feel like I want
to socialize at class time but the teacher will say stop talking so I need help about this issues. And I have a hard time making friends to. |

 I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND I feel like I am thinking that I am going to feel uncomfortable about everything I do. I ask other people question about things that brother me and they give me, the answers but why do I still feel uncomfortable? |
