Turmeric helped me out a bit. Fish oil, psyllium seed powder, aloe vera juice are other things I tried. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis back when I was 14. It is related to Crohn's but it only is restricted to the large intestine. Learning to control your diet can help as some foods can caus...

http://www.reddit.com/r/luciddreaming That subreddit has lots of information about lucid dreaming and how to induce them. The two biggest that people in that subreddit use are WBTB (wake back to bed) and WILD (wake induced lucid dreaming). The dream within a dream thing is actually a false awakening...

You mean keeping a dream journal? I've heard that people do this to help them practice lucid dreaming. From what I infer, as you learn more about your dreams you will be able to take control within them.

I would try but I hardly ever have dreams.

I made a list before my appointment and my psych said it helped him. He is pretty sure I have ADHD-I and thinks I might have AS, but he is going to interview my mom and my fiancee to get more information.

I definitely pick up humor, and have a very dry one myself. I also can take things literally, but I'll replay it in my head and realize intent later. Everything was literal when I was a kid though. I pick up on humor as well, although making jokes is somewhat...meh. I've been told that I have a dry...

So my psychologist definitively thinks I have ADHD-I. He also said that the other symptoms that I listed also suggest that I'm on the autism spectrum. He wants to talk with my fiancee and my mother just to have additional info. And he wants to do testing soon since I'm going to be going back to coll...

I've had a colonoscopy and a proctolectomy (removal of the colon) about two years ago. Just talk to your doctor and the anesthesiologist. Most people say you stay awake for a colonoscopy. Every time I've had one they have administered an IV of something called Versed which knocked me out. For my act...

Drinking does help me open up...maybe a bit too much. I've been told that I make an ass of myself, but funny at the same time. I've also been told I'm a perv.

I guess on the plus side I have no recollection of when I get drunk.

I haven't been diagnosed yet, but the symptoms I do have don't really fluctuate all that much. However what is interesting is I asked my mom about how I acted as a child. She said I had obsessions, I had attachment issues to my grandparents, and I did get in trouble quite often as a kid (temper issu...

I found a new psychologist (last one was meh, and didn't really do anything) and I'm filling out the paperwork before I go in next week. I'm hopefully going to get tested for ADHD and AS. And while I was listing the symptoms I have a two came up that I started wondering about. First is attachment to...

Does chewing on things count as stimming?

Other things I think of: I wiggle my feet around or I spin objects (I wear a name badge at work and I constantly spin it around or chew on the plastic part. I also have Rubik cubes on my desk that I will solve or just spin sides around.

A complete waste of two hours of your time. In a nutshell, it is a conspiracy theorist propaganda film that has been debunked.
