I am constantly being frustrated, even by minor issues, such as those experienced by the OP. I have been this way since I was a kid, and now that I am 57 years old, it has not improved at all.

I am 57 years old, never married, and have no children. I think that my life experience gap was already wide when I was in my teens. I was not interested in pop culture and had very few friends.

I edit my posts many times before posting. I never edit after posting, although I am never satisfied with the final post. Somehow, it never looks quite right, but I can't figure out why I am unsatisfied.

I have this same problem with conversation. I don't think that it's necessarily a memory problem. I tend to overthink everything, and by the time I know what I really want to say, the conversation has ended. It may also be due to anxiety, because I am worried about being criticized.

My life is like a movie in a cinema I am really enjoying however the seat is very uncomfortable and somebody is kicking the back of it . I have heard that mindfulness meditation is supposed to help you deal with this. Well, I have practiced it off and on for several years, and so far it has not worked.
