Yeah I know what you are saying. Lately I have become very emotionless and don't have any highs or lows.
I also am distancing myself from friends and my rash of dating experiments that was going fairly steady has come to a complete stop since Christmas.

I am in a stage like that right now. I don't want to do anything but stay inside, clean, play command&conquer and just be invisible.
When friends call, I find a way to not go out with them. It's just a bla feeling, nothing happy or sad.

They approach and then I either look at them too much or not enough at the right times. Then they get the wierded out look and it's all down the shitter from there.

Usually I go in feeling that I have met someone unique but "down to earth" and then it becomes apparent that they are
quite a bit more "unwound" than I am.

Being confident in who I am and my habits is the best feeling ever and it leaves room to work on interracting with other people better. When you accept who you are you can moreso deal with learning little social tricks. If we didn't have eccentric people in the world it would be pretty boring.

Here's a good one...

PEOPLE WHO MAKE ANIME VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE and use ANIME pictures in their avatars. I CAN'T STAND THOSE STUPID BUG EYED CREATINS and almost get a seizure from catching glimpses of any of the shows.

Yeah.. in response to the "street racers" thing. I have what can be described as "rice rockets", a 1995 Integra and now a 2004 Mazdaspeed MX5 roadster. I drive them rather sanely on MOST public roads because I just think that there are no races to win plus there are FAMILIES and kids on public stree...

North American society in general has a dangerous obsession with instant gratification and perfection. Violence, hatred and beating thy neighbour is generally taught now over forgiveness and friendship. Our modern social environment is about seeking quick solutions over having patience and working t...

Anyone who works in direct service for other people are increasingly falling victim to robotic expectations. People need to f**k off and realize we're all human.

That sounds familiar. Experiences where teachers pair off into groups were the worst. I remember that in elementary school, we would go on field trips. Students were supposed to pick "buddies" and hold hands with them while walking so no one gets out of line. No one would go with me unless the teach...

problem now days is people defend bias, greed, ignorance, selfishness, and dishonesty as positive values. When I go to church, I see the aforementioned on display. The nice cars, the nice clothes and a focus on "saving ourselves" rather than getting out there and helping others. Most (christian) ch...

The television and media have really brainwashed people lately. Homosexuality is not a culture and a new word should be found for their coupling unions. The principals and meanings of marriage have been severly watered down by adulterers, materialists and others.
