It was the oath that was "mutilated" not the prisoners.

Both were... cutting off every finger because one is bad is mutilation. Removing every tooth because one hurts is mutilation. The message was; don't do anything to be seen by a doctor. Doctors there bring evil...

For the third time: any credible evidence that this actually happened?

Both are actually questionable but that’s a moot point by now and I don’t feel like un-mooting it.

Obama is more in bed with the republicans than you think.

I’ve only watched 24 a few times.
Torture is one of those uncomfortable topics and a dilemma that no civil person wants to consider.
I won’t condone the practice but on the other hand I’m not so naive as to get up on a soapbox and publicly protest it, either. It is and will continue to be a disturbing yet periodic practice of the human race.

So... the Republicans are saving their "ordinances" to fire at Obama at an opportune time... yet he's in bed with them?
And, no, no there is no real question concerning the President's birth place or politics, other than in the fevered imaginations of Republicans.

I don't think they're buying that in Maricopa County.

Anyhoo, we're too off topic. The dog might come along and lock this one, too.

I hardly think what they believe in Maicopa county is worth two craps.
But back to the topic...

Those who claim that I have presented no credible accounts of what goes on at that concentration camp would not even accept full confessions from camp commanders because in doing this they would be working for the Enemy and must be lying... there is no appeasing these people.

Sherriff Joe is known for torturing people in pre-trial detention and promoting this idea of police as judges as after all if you whip up a frenzy of hatred against people not found guilty of anything that means that the police are accepted as judges.

Actually, if the officers stationed at Gitmo were to make such a confession, I for one would believe every word. It would be much like how German and Japanese war criminals (such as Auschwitz camp commander Rudolph Hoss) had turned on their own defeated governments to give testimony at the war crimes trials.

Well, there are many who will never accept any facts about this. There is by the way plenty of overlap between the conditions at the concentration camp and the treatment of prisoners in the USA... the testimony from prisoners and former prisoners ring true particularly when the similarities with that are taken into account. This is the treatment of American prisoners taken to extremes. The same smug self-righteousness of course helping to drive the sadism.

Former or current detainees missing "all their fingers" or "all their teeth" would be one prerequisite for the claim that 'doctors had removed all of the fingers' or 'all of the teeth' of detainees. Such actions leave permanent results, as humans are incapable of re-growing lost teeth or digits.

I would want to hear multiple corroborating accounts, taken under oath, of personnel assigned to Gitmo or Kandahar. Just one could be that the person formerly assigned to one of the two is doing it out of resentment of being assigned there or that they are a peacenik in uniform.

How does he do that and to whom?

Have you ever read anything or even seen a documentary on the conditions in a Nazi concentration camp? Are you saying that modern American prisons have lice infested barracks, starvation rations, forced labor, beatings, medical experiments, extermination, etc….?
