I might have to come of the one day though

For what reason? Has your doctor said that?

No but say if I get heart or kidney disease in the future I might have to

I suppose that is a consideration.

Jamesy there are things I did not know about you that make me think you need you need an occupational therapist to help you in the workplace. I also did not know you are on three types of anti-anxiety medication for severe anxiety. I am sorry you have self-harmed. You have put up with a lot of people here making fun of you (I'm afraid I might have done this once or twice).

Please do not consume copious amounts of alcohol when you are on meds. For one thing you have developed a tolerance so I am not sure the medication dosage is helping anymore which might explain your behaviour when you are around people in the pub or at work. I would not wait before getting symptoms of organ failure, please cut down your alcohol.

I'm glad to hear. Going to the pub can be relaxing and fun. Just enjoy 1-2 drinks and take it easy, pace yourself.

Oh good! beer is nowhere near as bad as spirits. But still pace yourself.

I'm inclined to think that you may need a new starting point Jamesy.

I actually think that despite your interactions, the pub is a really important place to you so I don't think you should stop going there altogether

I'm also sensing that although your parents are well intentioned they don't really know what to do about you so they're trying to make you do the things that nt people do and they're hoping for the best that things will work out for you. I think you need a bit more understanding than that

As for your brother...well I think the less we say about him the better

Do you think if I went of my medication my anxiety levels would probably skyrocket?

I think you shouldn't come off your prescription medication without support at this moment in time as it could make you worse

My therapist told me in 2018 "Anxiety goes up and then goes down"

That seems like some basic advice, doesn't it?
