Jamesy, have you thought about how good you might look with less of these empty carbs from alcohol considering you already work out a lot?

Alcohol turns a nice "V" taper into a beer belly pretty quickly. You seem overly worried about physical attributes that are set in stone the moment someone is born but you're indulging in unhealthy vices. If you cut back on your time in pubs and put that time towards exercise and being healthier, it'll probably help with dating while also eliminating a lot of bad company.

A pint of bud light contains 152 calories

It's the amount you seem to be drinking though. With enough to get you intoxicated with every pub visit, you're looking at 1000 calories or more several times a week around people who don't seen like very good company.

It doesn't seem all that great for your body building and actually looking good. Body building along with more protien rather than empty carbs is actually a great habit to get into while also making it easier to date. I'm sure women would prefer someone who was in shape and stuck to good routines over someone who was letting things "slip" with bad routines.

I think Nades makes a good point here Jamesy. I hate giving advice personally but the gym always sounds appealing to me.

It's a place where there are people who would be willing to help you with your body shape or whatever and also it's somewhere to go and it would help you to stop drinking

I bought a treadmill when I needed to stop drinking and it definitely worked for me. It just gave me something else to focus on that was more healthy for me as well

Well there's saying it and then there's doing it Jamesy

It's like you know what you want but you don't quite know how to make a start on doing it

Running burns more calories than walking

And I'll tell you something for free as well. Whilst you think you're having a good time sniffing drugs and stuff it won't last and somewhere down the line (if you carry on with it) you're gonna be in a much worse situation than you're in now.

I don't wanna be talking to you in a year or so when your addicted to drugs or even worse if all of a sudden you stop posting because something really s**t has happened to you because of drugs and booze and a poor choice of associates

That would actually be really s**t man. Please don't let this happen to you

Good. You don't wanna get addicted and in debt with drug dealers

Recreational drug use can be a slippery slope for some people.

It doesn't sound like Jamesy has a problem yet, at least, though.
