Okay, I kinda have a problem.

I go to a Social Skills group, and I want to make friends with someone there. But the problem is she seems just as quiet as I am, last time I tried to talk it wasn't much (quiet person talking to quiet person doesn't really go well), and I've never been good at making friends anyway. Do you have any advice of what I could do?

She probably wants to reach out to you as well. Just say hi and how are you?
or say what up?

I'd have to agree with Josie on this one. Friendship is a two-way street, so take it slowly and see if you can identify that she wants to be friends too.
