Micromanaging customers and servants, talk too much

Annoying

I don't feel entitled to micromanage them like that

They act like they know everything but they don't

They need a muzzle on their beak

Lot attendant Joe, shut up, you idiot

Customer had the nerve to tell me to lift the merchandise at her car, not at Garden (rolls eyes). She did not even know I was "weight testing" it. She needs to be quiet

Most business go by the motto “The customer is always right”. They know the customer is usually wrong but want return business. Employees that work with customers are expected to suck it up.

yes and if i react in any way that the customer does not like or understand, i am afraid that the customer will have the nerve to tattle to the boss, and the boss is having sex with the customer, and the boss will believe the customer and make me redundant.

everyone has subconscious biases
