I spent two days on this, with no luck :( Did you try disassembling it as x86 ops? That looks like a program to me... I read that that was one of the approaches, but I'm not a developer so that was a little beyond me. I tried all the text encoding schemes I could find, as well as a number of stegan...

My dad wouldn't let my grandmother speak German (her native language) to me as a child because he thought I'd get confused. I've never forgiven him for it.

Also get this. Temp agencies. Require 6 montsh work experience. Erm...temp agencies. I'm going to a temp agency because I can't find a job. And now they are asking me for experience too. Back in my dad's day he didn't need the experience. He's the one who suggested temp agencies because I couldn't ...

My first memory of being able to read was at 4, but I was probably 3 when I first learnt. I remember someone commenting how cute it was that I was looking at a book as though I could read it, and I remember being quite annoyed, because I really was reading it. My parents bought me a computer when I ...

CURSE YOU WOMEN'S PANTS FOR HAVING CRAPPY POCKETS Ugh, I hate this too. I must have pockets. Though there seems to have been a fashion for shrugs/vests/cardigans with decent pockets over the past year, so I've picked up quite a few of these to make up for pants that don't have them. I usually carry...

I've had a few disastrous long-term relationships and one that seems to be working (particularly in the areas where the others failed), so I'll give my personal theory. I think one of the most important things is compatibility. In a lot of relationships I see, both parties can be trying to make it w...

I've considered joining the police, but the roles that interest me are senior ones which would take 5+ years to reach, and I don't think I could handle being a beat cop.

I went through a fascination with henna tattoos as a teenager. It was all fine, until the day I decided that putting one on my face was a good idea. I tried to draw a vine pattern, but it came out looking like a very large scar. My colleagues told me I looked like I'd been in some kind of serious ac...

I love fanfic, it proves that no matter how twisted my mind becomes, there will always be people capable of more depraved imaginings. I've posted some fairly awful (in my opinion) stories on fanfiction.net, but only ever received positive feedback. I think if people don't like your work, they just d...

So seriously why would anyone want to live in Canberra? Tasmania at least has nice coastline. Because it's cheaper than Sydney and I'll be able to get work in my field there when I finish my studies (criminology). I've never really understood the general dislike of Canberra. I find it clean and civ...
