Harvard President has Asperger’s Syndrome?

In a story about Harvard president Larry Summers’ comment about womens’ brains being wired in a way that makes them bad at math, the Boston Globe reports that some of his colleagues believe that he has Asperger’s Syndrome.

When Harvard president Larry Summers set off a firestorm by suggesting women might not have the genetic chops for hard science, many dismissed his remarks as an off-the-cuff comment from an academic devil’s advocate.

Hardly, said the author of a slash-and-burn book on Summers’ stormy tenure at the world’s most prestigious university.
